At the reservation time the credit card is required to ensure room reservation. In case of cancellation, according to cancellation rules, no debit will be charged from the the registered credit card.

• All cancellation must be via email
• No penalty will be applied for cancellations arrived before 3 days from arrival time, after this date a debit of 1 night, every 3 reserved, will be authorized to draw
• In case of early leaving without notice in the previous 72 hours, 50% of the entire reservation will be authorized to draw
• "No Show": in case of missing arrival a debit of 1 night, eacht 3 reserved or for reservation period lower than 3 night, will be authorized to draw.

Domestic animals, small size, will be welcome without any extra price in Standard rooms only.
